BBQ Chicken Salad Recipe



_ INGREDIENTS


3 boneless, skinless thin-sliced chicken breasts

2 tomato 

1.5 Tbsp. olive oil

5 cups lettuce - chopped

¼ cup diced red onion

¾ cup canned corn kernels, drained

0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup American Garden BBQ sauce

¼ cup American Garden Ranch dressing

Pepper – to taste

Salt – to taste


_ PREPARATION


Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.

Marinate chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and add BBQ 

Sauce. Add to pan and cook, flip once, until cooked through, about 3-4 


minutes per side. Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces.

To make the salad, place lettuce in a large bowl; top with chicken, 

tomato, corn, onion and cheese. Pour Ranch dressing on top of the 

salad and toss to combine.
