Arugula salad



_ INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/7 teaspoon kosher salt

 black pepper

4 ounces arugula 

3 ounces shaved Parmesan cheese 

_ INSTRUCTIONS



Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and a few grinds of black pepper 

together in a large bowl. Add the arugula and toss to combine. Top

 with the shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
